Agree the costs
Once repair costs have been agreed with you or your insurance company, we proceed with the repairs.

Chassis alignment
If your car has sustained chassis damage, our manufacturer approved Car-O-Liner chassis measuring system lets our technicians align the vehicle body with pinpoint accuracy.

Refinishing
All paintwork is carried out in our up to date spray booth oven. The dust-free environment keeps finishes to the highest standard, and paint is then baked to the paint manufacturer's recommendations.

Polish and check
All paintwork is fully polished and quality checked before being returned to the technician for component refitting.

Valet and return
Once completed, your vehicle is valeted and given a full inspection before it is returned to you.
Minor damage?
It may cost less than your excess.
Insurers are setting higher policy excess amounts to reduce premiums, so minor damage may be repairable for less than your excess. Pop in for an estimate, or ask us to arrange a mobile estimate, before you decide whether to claim.
